On Saturday Oct 22, 2017, the Brandon, Dauphin and Winnipeg Ten Pin Bowling Associations got together for this year’s installment of the Association Challenge match. It brought together 8 member teams from each association competing over a 5-game handicap series, each team looking to secure bragging rights for the 2016-17 season.

 It was a day that brought some good bowling, high scores and good-natured rivalry. As the last few pins fell and the scores were tallied, the Dauphin Association emerged as the champion, holding off a late surge from the Brandon Association with the Winnipeg Association not able to find a consistent feel for the lanes on the day.
